Z sercem pełnym bólu i smutku zawiadamiamy, że dnia 20 stycznia 2016 roku odszedł nasz kochany Brat, Szwagier Śp. Tadeusz Kostka. Pogrążeni w smutku siostra Maria z mężem Ireneuszem Rakoczy.

Nie pytamy Boże, dlaczego nam Go zabrałeś, lecz dziękujemy za to, że nam Go dałeś. Z głębokim żalem i smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 20 stycznia 2016 roku zmarł Ojciec Chrzestny, Wujek Śp. Tadeusz Kostka. Pogrążony w smutku Bartosz Rakoczy z rodziną.

Z głębokim żalem przyjęliśmy wiadomość o śmierci naszego Kolegi śp. Tadeusza Kostki. Wyrazy szczerego współczucia Rodzinie Zmarłego składają Henryk Kozłowski i Roman Wiliński
