Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy,
że w dniu 12 sierpnia 2015 r. zmarła
Halina Łukomska-Zagórska
Jak smutno jest, kiedy umiera ktoś bliski,
a jakże smutno i żal jest,
kiedy zabiera ze sobą szlachetność i wielkie serce

Msza św. odbędzie się 18 sierpnia br. o godz. 11.00 w kościele p.w. NMP. z La Salette przy ul. Ścinawskiej 49A. Pogrzeb o godz. 13.10 na cmentarzu junikowskim w Poznaniu,po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej do grobu rodzinnego.
