Z wielkim bólem i żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 20 listopada 2009 r. w wieku 62 lat odeszła od nas nasza najukochańsza Żona, Mama, Teściowa i Babcia ś+p Czesława Lesiuk Msza św. pogrzebowa odprawiona zostanie 24 listopada 2009 r. o godz. 10.00 w kościele pw. Matki Boskiej Bolesnej przy ul. Głogowskiej. Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 12.30 na cmentarzu górczyńskim. W smutku pogrążona Rodzina Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji
