Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie w kościele pw. Matki Boskiej Fatimskiej w dniu 15 października 2016 r. (sobota) o godz. 13.00. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu komunalnym we Włocławku przy ul. Chopina o godz. 14.00.
