Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek dnia 18 stycznia 2016 roku o godzinie 12.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim przy ul. Reduty,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu

Żona, Syn i Rodzina
