opatrzony św. sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 26 września 2015 r.

Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 1 października 2015 r., o godz. 14.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Synowie, Synowe, Wnuki, Siostra i Rodzina
