Przeżywszy lat 86, opatrzony św. sakramentami,
odszedł od nas na zawsze
3 kwietnia 2016 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie
w poniedziałek, 11 kwietnia 2016 roku o godz. 9.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
