Z głębokim smutkiem i żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 5 kwietnia 2016 roku zmarł w wieku 66 lat mój kochany Mąż, nasz Ojciec, Teść, Dziadek, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek śp. Jan Zawieja. Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w piątek, 8 kwietnia 2016 r. o godz. 14.00 w kaplicy przy Bazylice pw. Trójcy Świętej w Chełmży, po czym nastąpi wyprowadzenie Zmarłego do Bazyliki, gdzie zostanie odprawiona msza święta żałobna. Po mszy świętej ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym w Chełmży. W smutku pogrążona Żona z Rodziną
