w poniedziałek, dnia 25 kwietnia 2016 roku, o godzinie 13.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
