Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się w dniu 04 września 2015r. o godzinie 13.30 w kaplicy cmentarnej na Cmentarzu komunalnym w Opolu - Półwieś. O czym zawiadamia z głębokim żalem Żona z Rodziną
