Wyprowadzenie Zmarłej na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku nastąpi z kaplicy cmentarnej do kościoła parafii N.M.P w Radziejowie dnia 7.08.2015 roku o godz. 11.50. Msza Święta żałobna zostanie odprawina o godz. 12.00. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu w Radziejowie. Pogrążeni w smutku i żalu dzieci, rodzice oraz najbliższa rodzina
