że w dniu 7 listopada 2015 roku, w wieku 82 lat
opatrzony świętymi sakramentami, zmarł

Odszedł od nas Człowiek Wielkiego Serca,
wyjątkowej skromności i życzliwości.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się sobotę,
14 listopada 2015 roku o godzinie 12.00
w kościele Matki Bożej Anielskiej w Skolimowie,
ul. Środkowa 15, Konstancin Jeziorna,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
do grobu rodzinnego.
