Z wielkim smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że 1 października 2015 roku odszedł na wieczną wartę hm Zbigniew Czarny Komendant Hufca ZHP im. Aleksandra Kamińskiego w Kazimierzy Wielkiej w latach 1985 - 2001. Członek Kieleckiej Komendy Chorągwi ZHP w latach 1993 - 1997. Skromnością, życzliwością, otwartością zjednał sobie szacunek i uznanie licznego grona harcerzy, instruktorów ZHP, wychowawców. Był wierny przyrzeczeniu i prawu harcerskiemu. Za wzorową służbę instruktorską wyróżniony był m.in. srebrnym i złotym Krzyżem za zasługi dla ZHP. Łączymy się w bólu z Rodziną Instruktorzy Kieleckiej Chorągwi ZHP
