Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się mszą świętą w poniedziałek, 21 września 2015 roku o godzinie 12.00 w kościele Matki Bożej Dobrej Rady w Zgierzu, a następnie na cmentarzu katolickim św. Anny Łódź - Zarzew.
Z prośbą o dar modlitwy
syn - ks. Andrzej oraz córka - Iwona z rodziną
