Ze smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że zmarł

JAN PROCHWICZ

urodzony 16.07.1928 r. w Skawinie,
zmarł 22.09.2015 r. w Krakowie,
w wieku 87 lat.

Inżynier, wieloletni członek Towarzystwa Przyjaciół Skawiny,
autor artykułów Informatora TPS
oraz wspomnieniowej książki „Żydzi Skawińscy”.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się w kaplicy św. Teresy
przy ulicy Goryczkowej w Borku Fałęckim,
w środę 30 września o godzinie 12, po czym nastąpi
odprowadzenie na cmentarz parafialny przy ulicy Zawiłej.
