odszedł od nas nagle w dniu 6 czerwca 2015 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek dnia 11 czerwca 2015 r. o godz. 9.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu komunalnym
w Batowicach (przy ul. Powstańców),
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żałobie

Żona, Córka, Rodzice, Siostra,
Teściowa, Szwagier, Rodzina i Przyjaciele
