Przeżywszy lat 74, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
odszedł od nas, 30 maja 2015 roku

Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie
w piątek, 5 czerwca 2015 r. o godz. 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu
