na cmentarzu komunalnym w Namysłowie
przy ul. Jana Pawła II.
Uroczystość poprzedzi modlitwa różańcowa o godz. 13.00.
Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona
w dniu 15 lutego 2016 r. w Namysłowie,
w kościele parafialnym pw. św. Franciszka z Asyżu
i św. Piotra z Alkantary,
przy skwerze Kard. S. Wyszyńskiego 2 o godz. 18.00.
