opatrzona św. sakramentami,
zasnęła w Panu dnia 8 maja 2015 roku.

Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek dnia 14 maja 2015 r. o godz. 9.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi złożenie urny z prochami Zmarłej
w grobie rodzinnym,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Siostrzenice i Siostrzeniec z Rodzinami
oraz Bratanek i Mąż Bratanicy z Rodzinami

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
