Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie
w piątek 18 grudnia 2015 roku o godz. 14.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim, ul. Reduta,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Syn i Rodzina
