Z ogromnym smutkiem zawiadamiamy,
o śmierci naszego ukochanego
Męża, Tatusia, Dziadka i Brata
śp. inż. Andrzeja Januszek
Po ciężkiej chorobie zmarł 24.05.2015 r. przeżywszy 69 lat.
Odszedł od nas wspaniały człowiek, oddany rodzinie i śląskiej ziemi,
pracując całe zawodowe życie w kopalni.
Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w dniu 27.05.2015 r. o godz. 11.00 w kościele św. Jadwigi w Chorzowie.
