Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, 22 maja 2015 r., o godz. 10.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuki i Rodzina
