Dobry człowiek dla ludzi i zwierząt, życzliwy Kolega.

Wraz z Rodziną i Bliskimi,
którym składamy serdeczne kondolencje,

pożegnaliśmy Go w dniu 31 marca 2015 roku
na cmentarzu Rakowickim.

W naszej wdzięcznej pamięci pozostanie na zawsze.
