opatrzona św. sakramentami,
odeszła od nas na zawsze 6 sierpnia 2015 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłej odprawione zostanie
w czwartek, 13 sierpnia 2015 roku, o godz. 9.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Mąż, Dzieci, Wnuki i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
