Przeżywszy lat 80, opatrzony św. Sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 14 czerwca 2015 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, dnia 19 czerwca 2015 roku o godzinie 13:00
w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Córka, Syn, Wnuczka, Zięć i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji
