Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że 1 lipca 2015 roku odszedł od nas Kochany Ojciec, Teść, Dziadek i Pradziadek dr JANUSZ BIELAK odznaczony m in. Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi, Krzyżem Oficerskim Orderu Odrodzenia Polski, Krzyżem Kawalerskim OOP, Srebrnym Medalem za Zasługi dla Obronności Kraju, Krzyżem Armii Krajowej, Krzyżem za zasługi dla ZHP, Krzyżem Walki o Niepodległość, Medalem Komisji Edukacji Narodowej, Złotą odznaką "Zasłużony Działacz LOK", wieloletni Komador Yacht Clubu Politechniki Koszalińskiej. Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 6.07.2015 roku o godzinie 12.30 w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Komunalnym w Koszalinie. Pogrążona w smutku Rodzina Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
