Przeżywszy lat 74, po długiej chorobie,
zasnął w Panu dnia 3 czerwca 2015 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odprawione zostanie
w piątek, dnia 12 czerwca 2015 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
