w Kolegiacie Najśw. Serca Jezusowego
we Wrzeszczu przy ul. Zator-Przytockiego 3.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godzinie 10.30
cmentarz Srebrzysko
(nowa kaplica).
