Pogrzeb odbędzie się w dniu 17 czerwca 2009r. o godz. 13.00 na Cmentarzu Wojskowym na Powążkach w Warszawie. Masz św. żałobna odbędzie się w Kościele Najświętszego Zbawiciela we Włocławku dnia 15 czerwca o godz. 7.30
