że w dniu 16 września 2014 roku zmarła w wieku 79 lat

lekarz medycyny - specjalista chorób płuc,
długoletnia pracownica bielskiej służby zdrowia - pionu przeciwgruźliczego,
wyróżniona odznaczeniami państwowymi, regionalnymi i resortowymi.

Msza święta odbędzie się w dniu 20 września 2014 r. o godz. 14.00
w kościele św. Barbary w Bielsku-Białej (ul. Cyprysowa).

Po mszy żałobnej nastąpi pochowanie Zmarłej
na cmentarzu parafialnym.
