zasnął w Panu dnia 26 listopada 2014 roku.

Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek dnia 1 grudnia 2014 r. o godz. 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Batowicach przy ul. Powstańców,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążone w głębokim smutku
Córka i wnuczka

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
