Msza św. odprawiona zostanie w piątek, dnia 10 października 2014 roku,
o godzinie 12.00 w kościele pw. Matki Bożej Nieustającej Pomocy
w Krakowie-Mydlnikach przy ul. Balickiej,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce spoczynku – cm. Mydlniki,

o czym zawiadamia
pogrążona w głębokim smutku

Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
