Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 30.04.2014 r. o godz. 10.30 w kościele św. Mateusza- Fordon. Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 12.00 na cmentarzu św. Mikołaja przy ul. Piastowej.
