w nowej kaplicy cmentarza Srebrzysko,
złożenie w Kolumbarium o godz. 12.00.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kwiatów.
Podczas pogrzebu odbędzie się kwesta na rzecz Hospicjum im. ks. E. Dutkiewicza.
