na cmentarzu Salwatorskim, po czym nastąpi
odprowadzenie Zmarłego do grobu rodzinnego,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Córka, Wnuki i Brat Ryszard z Rodziną
