Pogrzeb odbędzie się w czwartek, 24 lipca 2014 r., o godz. 12.00
na cmentarzu Miłostowo, wjazd od ul. Warszawskiej.
Msza święta pogrzebowa zostanie odprawiona tego samego dnia
o godz. 10.30 w kościele pw. Chrystusa Odkupiciela w Poznaniu,
ul. Trzemeszeńska 20.

Z żałobą w sercach pozostają

syn Grzegorz z żoną Barbarą,
wnuczka Aleksandra z mężem Kamilem
i córeczkami Kornelią i Ofelią
