zmarła po ciężkiej chorobie w wieku 67 lat
w Katowicach 24 lutego 2015 r.

Msza św. żałobna zostanie odprawiona
w kościele św. Michała Archanioła w Katowicach, ul. Gawronów,
w dniu 28 lutego o godz. 13.00,
po czym nastąpi pogrzeb na cmentarzu przy ul. Sienkiewicza.
