Wspaniałego, poświęconego rodzinie Człowieka,
wybitnego lekarza specjalistę,
wieloletniego pracownika Kliniki Pulmonologii CM UJ.

Po długim pracowitym życiu, otoczona miłością,
w 96. roku życia, opatrzona św. sakramentami
odeszła na wieczny spoczynek w dniu 25 marca 2014 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się w czwartek,
dnia 3 kwietnia 2014 roku o godz. 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim w Krakowie.

Po mszy św. nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
do grobowca rodzinnego.
