po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
odszedł od nas w dniu 1 września 2014 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, dnia 5 września 2014 r., o godz. 13.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu parafialnym w Bieżanowie (przy ul. Mała Góra),
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żałobie

Córka, Synowa, Wnuki, Prawnuki i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
