Wystawienie urny i ceremonia pogrezbowa odbędzie się w dniu 24 kwietnia br. od godz. 12.00 w kaplicy cmentarnej w Opolu-Półwsi. Pogrążeni w żalu mąż, syn i córka z rodzinami. Zamiast kwiatów i wieńców prosimy o datek na rzecz hospicjum w Opolu. Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
