w czwartek, 14 sierpnia 2014 roku o godz. 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
do grobowca rodzinnego.

Pogrążeni w smutku i żalu:
Córki, Zięciowie, Siostra, Wnuki i Rodzina
