żyje wciąż w myślach, słowach i wspomnieniach.

Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy,
że w dniu 20 marca 2014 roku, przeżywszy 84 lata, odszedł od nas
nasz kochany, szlachetny, pełen dobroci i troski,
pokonując do ostatnich chwil dzielnie trudy ciężkich chorób,

przy ul. Promienistej 131 (osiedle Kopernika) w Poznaniu.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się w dniu 28.03.2014 roku o godz. 12.30
na Cmentarzu Komunalnym Junikowo w Poznaniu.
