Przeżywszy lat 65, po ciężkiej chorobie
zmarła dnia 20 listopada 2013 roku.

Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie w poniedziałek 25 listopada 2013 r.
o godz. 11.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłej na miejsce spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Mąż, Synowie oraz Siostrzeniec

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
