zasnął w Panu dnia 1 lipca 2014 roku.

Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek dnia 7 lipca 2014 r. o godz. 13.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
do grobowca rodzinnego,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Córka, Siostra i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
