Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek dnia 18 listopada 2013 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Siostra, Siostrzeniec i Rodzina
