odszedł od nas dnia 19 października 2014 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Prochach Zmarłego odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 23 października 2014 roku, o godzinie 12.00
w kościele pw. MB Nieustającej Pomocy w Mydlnikach,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążona w głębokim smutku i żalu

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza.
