w piątek dnia 17 stycznia 2014 roku o godzinie 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia pogrążony w głębokim smutku
