odszedł od nas dnia 27 listopada 2014 roku.

Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się
w czwartek, dnia 4 grudnia 2014 roku o godzinie 11.10
od bramy cmentarza Podgórskiego,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego do grobowca rodzinnego,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
