Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w środę 16 kwietnia 2014 roku o godzinie 9.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Rodzice, Brat, Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
