Kazimierz Kozak Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się 03.11.2009 r. o godz. 14.10 w Kaplicy na Starym Cmentarzu w Słupsku skąd nastąpi wyprowadzenie do miejsca spoczynku o godz. 14.40. Msza żałobna zostanie odprawiona w dniu pogrzebu o godz. 08.00 w Kościele pw. Św. Maksymiliana Kolbego w Słupsku. Pogrążona w smutku Żona Stasia z Rodziną
